I absolutely love this hotel! As soon as I walked in, I was treated like a QUEEN. I was given a cup of coca tea upon arrival, and had lunch in the restaurant while waiting for my room. I had the mushroom fettuccine, which was excellent!
When my room was ready, Guido showed me how to use all of the various amenities, like the heated towel rack, and multi faucet shower! The room was luxurious! I was most impressed by the bathroom, which had a large clawfoot soaking tub, heated towel rack, fabulous shower, 2 sinks, a magnifying mirror, and plenty of hot water! I’d just spent 2 weeks off the grid in the Andes, and had not had a hot shower the whole time! The room also had HEAT, something I didn’t have for 2 weeks, at other hotels!
My room had 2 very comfortable queen size beds, soft sheets and fluffy pillows. There was a robe and slippers in the closet, which I made use of, after my hour in the tub!
I really loved the architecture and many antiques on display, it was like being in a castle!
The free breakfast was fantastic! I recommend the quiche!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cusco! It is in the perfect location to walk around the markets and plazas! It’s very safe and charming, and you will be treated like royalty!

Boda Romántica. Inolvidable!
Vivimos un día maravilloso para nuestra boda civil y espiritual, el ambiente es romántico, clásico y super elegante y decorado quedó como en un cuento. Todo lo que queríamos para nuestra boda, salió a la perfección y estamos más que felices. Una extraordinaria experiencia en un hotel histórico maravilloso en Cuzco.
Una extraordinaria experiencia; desde antes de llegar al hotel,ya se estaba poniendo a nuestras ordenes el Sr. Irvin para comentarnos que nos estaban esperando y que estarían al pendiente de nuestra llega, al llegar nos atendió el Sr, Augusto extraordinariamente ya que nos dio la habitación y nos subio de categoria a una habitación maravillosa.
El hotel es un museo, que para ser honesto las fotos no le favorecen, es mucho mas bonito y con mucha historia, realmente es una joya arquitectónica.

Wonderful stay
Truly wonderful hotel.
We stayed in room 215 which was a gorgeous big room with two queen beds, a living room, balcony and dressing room.
Breakfast every morning was wonderful.
Hotel is right in centre of old town. We felt very safe there.
Lovely courtyard, in the centre of the property.
It was my bday while I was there and they spoiled me with flowers and balloons in room and cake at breakfast (all at extra charge).
Hotel is like a museum. So much history and artefacts around the place to be enjoyed.
A very special hotel with wonderful staff.
I suffered altitude sickness while I was there and they charge £5 for a mask (25 soles) which u can reuse.
The oxygen helped me feel human again
We stayed in room 215 which was a gorgeous big room with two queen beds, a living room, balcony and dressing room.
Breakfast every morning was wonderful.
Hotel is right in centre of old town. We felt very safe there.
Lovely courtyard, in the centre of the property.
It was my bday while I was there and they spoiled me with flowers and balloons in room and cake at breakfast (all at extra charge).
Hotel is like a museum. So much history and artefacts around the place to be enjoyed.
A very special hotel with wonderful staff.
I suffered altitude sickness while I was there and they charge £5 for a mask (25 soles) which u can reuse.
The oxygen helped me feel human again

Wonderful stay on honeymoon
This was a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and quiet, particularly for being in the city of Cusco. Delicious food at the restaurant, too! We stayed for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Truly a memorable and beautiful stay!
